Supporting local employers is a key component to Fraser Works Co-op’s service commitment.

Some of the services available to you as an employer include:

  • Wage subsidy services that provide employers with funding to provide on-the-job training
    The Wage Subsidy Work Experience Placement pays an incentive to employers to hire a client who needs work experience and skills enhancement.
  • Free use of our conference rooms for hiring purposes including hiring fairs, information sessions, or conducting interviews
    Each of our meeting rooms is equipped with tables, seating, Wifi, and a computerized overhead projector. We’ll also help promote your event amongst our client group and network of employment centres.
  • Assistance with recruiting employees, including circulation of your job postings
    With a large client pool and hundreds visits to our centre per month, posting your job opening within our centre will help increases its exposure to local job seekers. We can also connect you with qualified candidates for the position.
